Sim_Do Karate is a combined and modified form of the discipline of Korean and Japanese styles of martial arts, including Kung Fu, Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, and Shotokan Karate. It teaches all the basics of martial arts with modified applications (punching, kicking, etc.), while focusing on building the actual character of the fighter. Instructions in class make the individual better prepared for life’s situations.

Kickboxing is practiced for self-defense, general fitness, or as a contact sport.
